We recommend checking your order confirmation email to find out when your items will leave our warehouse. If you are using a purchasing department, you may need to contact them for this information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email from the courier with tracking details to let you know that it's on its way. You should be able to contact the courier directly for further information on your delivery.
If there appears to be an issue with the shipment (eg it is stuck in a delivery centre), please give us a call or email. It helps if you let us know as soon as possible, in case we need to intercept the parcel.
Where it says "delivered" but you have not received your order, please request proof of delivery.
* Keep in mind that universities generally have an agreement with Australia Post, so deliveries are made to a locked bag and delivered by internal mail.
