Because of its chemical inertness, non-stick property, glass clarity, flexibility, and smooth surface, ACLAR® solves a variety of challenges associated with the processing of tissue culture cells, epoxy embedments, sectioning, and observations.
Size: 203 x 318mm, 0.198mm thick
It may be cut with scissors or blades and is safe for microtomy knives. It provides superior moisture barrier protection, is UV-transparent, and is free of plasticisers and stabilisers. It has a low dielectric constant and dissipation, is nonflammable, and does not age. The dielectric strength is quite strong. ACLAR® has the ability to be sterilised.
